In the spring of 2022, the legendary Château de la Croix des Gardes reopened its doors after four years of meticulous renovation, restoring the estate to its original neoclassical grandeur.
Constructed in 1919, this exquisite property stands as a testament to the elegance of the Belle Époque, with its intricate decorations, ornate facades, and distinctive roofs reminiscent of the great palaces of that era. Featured in Alfred Hitchcock’s classic To Catch a Thief (1955), starring Cary Grant and Grace Kelly, the Château de la Croix des Gardes celebrates the golden age of the Côte d’Azur.
This Florentine-style mansion spans 4,000 square meters and includes 16 rooms across five floors, along with a private penthouse and two guest cottages. The interiors have been crafted using the finest materials, creating a luxurious atmosphere. Its grand ballroom, reception areas, office, and dining room can collectively accommodate up to 200 seated guests. For entertainment, the château’s basement is equipped with a private cinema, bowling lanes, a club, arcade games, and more.
